PrepSheet is built by a working chef, so there's no ticket queue or support desk: messages go straight to the person who builds the tools.

Messages

Email chef@getprepsheet.com. It reaches the same person whether or not you have bought anything, and it is fine for questions about the free tools, the guides, corrections or the templates. An Etsy message to the shop at prepsheet.etsy.com works as well, and anything about a video can go in the comments on The Pass on YouTube.

Orders and downloads

Paid templates are sold through Etsy. For anything about an order, a download that will not open, or a file you cannot find, message the shop through Etsy at prepsheet.etsy.com. Etsy holds the order record, so that is the fastest route.

Scan-page purchases

For a scan payment, missing credits or a refund request, email chef@getprepsheet.com with the account email and your Stripe receipt or purchase reference. Do not send card details. One credit covers one successfully read page; failed or unreadable pages do not use a credit. Packs are one-off purchases and the checkout shows the total price. There is a limit of 20 scan attempts per account per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Review the extracted figures before applying them to your recipe book.

Credits belong to the signed-in account. Contact us about unused credits before deleting that account, because deletion removes access to its balance. Contact us if a purchase is unsuitable or a scan has gone wrong so we can resolve it or arrange an appropriate refund. This does not limit your statutory rights.

A number that looks wrong

If a calculator or a template gives a result that does not match your own maths, send the inputs you used and the result you expected, by email or Etsy message. Formula errors get fixed, and the fix goes into the file for everyone.
